ChoiceCare Physicians, PC is a multi-specialty group practice specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Occupational Medicine and Pain Management.

Physiatrics is a growing but little known medical specialty. Physiatrics considers the "Quality of Life" technological advances that have enabled individuals to survive serious injuries or illness, which in the past would have proven fatal. Conditions that benefit from this specialty include:
